One New Man

But God is up to the task, according to Marty Shoub, a Messianic believer in Jesus the Messiah, who will be giving a two-hour seminar this Saturday morning, April 29 at 9 a.m. at CCLF. God has a definite plan and God is working that plan to graft in the nations into what he calls the “apple of God’s eye” according to the Old Testament scriptures.

A lot of historical water is under the Christian bridge and there are many thoughts and theories and ideologies floating around Christendom about how the “one new man” of Ephesians 2 is actually worked out. Some think God has abandoned the Jews altogether until Christ comes back; others think that we should all become Jewish and wear tassels and prayer cloths and follow the dietary laws whether we are Gentile or Jew. Still others believe there is a delicate mix that God is trying to do between Jew and Gentile and shouldn’t be touched at all. “Just let God sort it out!”

So how does it all work? Join Marty Saturday morning at 9 a.m. in the CCLF Fireside Room for a informative lecture on Understanding the One New Man, followed by a Q&A time. It will not be recorded, and it will be worth your time!
